手办越买越多

I have a problem, 我遇到了点麻烦，

and it's sitting on three shelves in my living room. 而且它就摆在我客厅的三个架子上。

I collect figures from shows and games I love, 我喜欢收集自己喜爱的剧和游戏里的手办，

and somewhere along the way, I ran out of space. 不知不觉中，家里就放不下了。

Each one seemed reasonable when I bought it. 当初买的时候，每一个都觉得挺该买的。

Just this one, I'd say, it's special. 我总对自己说：“就买这一个，这个很特别。”

And now there are more than 结果现在倒好，有超过

forty of them staring back at me. 四十多个手办正直勾勾地盯着我。

My friends think it's a little strange for a grown adult. 朋友们觉得一个成年人还搞这个，有点奇怪。

But every single figure reminds me of a story I loved, 但每一个手办都能让我想起一段深爱的故事，

a character that meant something to me. 想起一个对我意义非凡的角色。

They're not just plastic. 它们可不只是塑料小人。

They're little markers of things that made me happy. 它们是我快乐时光的一个个小标记。

Still, I've promised myself, no new shelf this year. 不过，我向自己保证过，今年绝不买新架子了。

We'll see how long that lasts. 看我能坚持多久吧。

Probably not very. 估计撑不了太久。
