My friend is a teacher, 我有个当老师的朋友，

and she told me half her students 她跟我说，她班上一半的学生

now use AI to write their essays. 现在都在用 AI 写作文。

Her first reaction was pure frustration. 她第一反应特别抓狂，

It felt like cheating, 觉得这跟作弊没什么两样，

like they were skipping the whole point of learning. 完全把学习本身的意义给省去了。

But then she said something that stuck with me. 但后来她说了句话，让我一直记到现在。

She realized she couldn't just ban it, 她意识到不能只是一味地去禁，

because these kids will grow up 因为这帮孩子长大后，

in a world where this tool is everywhere. 面对的是一个这种工具无处不在的世界。

So instead, she's trying to teach them how to use it well, 所以她转变了思路，试着教他们怎么把它用好，

and, more importantly, when not to. 而且更重要的是，知道什么时候不该用。

How to think for themselves first, and use the machine second. 怎么先自己独立思考，再拿机器当辅助。

It's a hard line to walk. 这之间的分寸确实很难拿捏。

But pretending the tool doesn't exist won't prepare anyone. 但假装这东西不存在，对谁都没有好处。

The real skill now isn't avoiding it. 现在真正的本事不是躲着它，

It's learning to stay the one in charge. 而是学会让自己始终做那个掌舵的人。
