Monday is laundry day. 星期一是洗衣日。

Sue gathers her soap and her basket 苏拿着她的肥皂和篮子

and sorts the clothes — 然后把衣服分类——

It is just laundry — a dull chore on anyone's list. 洗衣不过是件差事——在任何人的待办事项清单上都是一项枯燥的家务。

But Sue has turned it into a small weekly pleasure: 但苏把它变成了一种每周的小乐趣：

warm clothes, a warm drink, 温暖的衣物，一杯热饮，
