For most of my life, I didn't make my bed. 我这辈子大部分时间，其实都不叠被子。

So I tried. 于是我就试了试。

I pull the sheet flat. 我把床单拉平。

I shake the blanket and lay it straight. 把毯子抖抖整齐铺好。

I put the pillows at the top. 再把枕头摆在床头。

One minute, maybe less. 一分钟，甚至可能都用不到。

It doesn't change my morning very much. 这对我的早晨并没多大改变。

It changes my evening. 但它改变了我的夜晚。

I come home tired. 我拖着疲惫的身子回到家。

I open the bedroom door. 推开卧室的门。
