To celebrate the victory, Othello declared a night of feasting, 为了庆祝胜利，奥赛罗下令今晚通宵狂欢，

and put Cassio in charge of the watch. 并让卡西奥负责值夜防守。

Iago knew Cassio's weakness: he couldn't hold his drink. 伊阿古深知卡西奥的软肋：他不胜酒力。

So Iago kept pouring and singing until Cassio was drunk. 于是伊阿古一边唱歌一边不停地给他倒酒，直到把卡西奥彻底灌醉。

Then he sent Roderigo to provoke him. 接着，他派罗德里戈去挑衅卡西奥。

Swords were drawn, 两人拔刀相向，

and when the former governor tried to separate them, Cassio wounded him. 前任总督上前劝架，反被卡西奥刺伤。
