A farmer was driving his wagon along a muddy road after heavy rain. 大雨过后，有个农夫正赶着马车走在泥泞的路上。

Suddenly, the wheels sank deep into the mud, 突然，车轮深深地陷进了泥里，

and the horses couldn't pull it out. 马儿怎么拉也拉不出来。

The farmer climbed down, looked at the wagon, and did nothing. 农夫跳下车，瞅了瞅马车，却什么也没做。

Instead, he fell on his knees and started praying. 反而扑通跪倒在地，开始祈祷起来。

"Hercules, great and powerful Hercules, please come and help me!" “赫拉克勒斯，伟大而强大的赫拉克勒斯啊，求求你快来帮帮我吧！”

The farmer got up and pushed with all his strength. 农夫爬了起来，用尽全身的力气去推车。

The wagon rolled out of the mud. 马车一下子就从泥里推了出来。

When he looked around, Hercules was already gone. 等他四下张望时，赫拉克勒斯早已不见了踪影。
