The hare loved to show off. 野兔特别爱显摆。

"I'm the fastest animal in the forest," he said. “我是这片森林里跑得最快的动物，”他说。

The tortoise looked up slowly. 乌龟慢吞吞地抬起头。

"I'll race you," she said. “我来跟你比比，”她说。

The hare laughed so hard he almost fell over. 野兔笑得前仰后合，差点摔了个跟头。

The race began, and the hare shot ahead. 比赛一开始，野兔嗖的一下就冲到了前头。
