A passenger train has derailed near a major city, 一列客运列车在一座大城市附近脱轨了，

injuring dozens of people during the morning rush. 正赶上早高峰，导致几十人受伤。

The train came off the tracks shortly after leaving the station, 列车刚出站不久就脱离了轨道，
