There was once an engineer famous for solving problems no one else could crack. 从前有个工程师，特别擅长解决别人怎么也搞不定的难题。

People would bring him something impossible — 大家总会拿着看似不可能的事来找他——

a bridge that couldn't be built, 比如根本建不起来的桥，

a machine that wouldn't run — 怎么也转不起来的机器——

and he'd just nod and say, "Let me think about it." 而他也只是点点头说：“让我想想。”

He never said "It can't be done." 他从不会说“这办不到”。

Instead, he'd turn the problem over in his mind for days, 相反，他会把那个难题在脑子里盘上好几天，
