We're heading to the park, 我们要去公园了，

which means gearing up for a proper expedition. 这就意味着得像去大冒险一样全副武装。

I unfold the stroller with a practiced flick and a click, 我熟练地一甩、啪嗒一声展开婴儿车，

and lock the wheels in place. 顺手把轮子固定好。

I lift him in, buckle the straps across his chest, 把他抱进去，扣好胸前的安全带，

and give them a tug to check they're snug. 扯一扯确认扣得严实贴合。

Then comes the packing: diapers, wipes, a spare outfit, snacks, 然后就是打包：尿不湿、湿巾、备用衣服、小零食，

his favourite stuffed animal — 还有他最喜欢的毛绒玩具——

you never leave the house light with a kid. 带娃出门从来就别想轻装上阵。

I clip the bag to the handle, release the brake, 我把包挂在推车把手上，松开刹车，

and off we roll, 我们这就出发啦，

him pointing at every dog and bus we pass. 一路上路过每只小狗和公交车，他都要指一指。

When we get on the bus, 上公交车的时候，

I fold the stroller down one-handed while holding him on my hip — 我单手抱着他，另一只手一把收拢推车——

a skill I'm weirdly proud of. 这项技能莫名让我有点小自豪。

Half the adventure is just getting out the door. 光是顺利迈出家门，这趟冒险就算搞定了一半。

But the fresh air, the giggles, 不过，吹着新鲜空气，听着他的咯咯笑声，

the tiny hand in mine — worth every bit of the effort. 握着他肉乎乎的小手——所有的折腾就都值了。
