The baby is awake, 宝宝醒了，

and I can tell from the little grizzle that it's time for a change. 听她那点哼唧声，就知道该换尿布了。

I lay her down on the mat, unfasten the tabs, 我把她放在垫子上，解开搭扣，

and swap out the diaper — quick, before she wriggles away. 麻利地换上新尿布——动作得快，免得她扭来扭去到处爬。

A dab of cream to keep her skin happy, 抹上一点护臀霜，护好她娇嫩的皮肤，
