Kwanzaa is an African-American celebration created in 1966 during the Civil Rights era. 宽扎节是非裔美国人的一个庆祝活动，创立于1966年的民权运动时期。

Its name comes from a Swahili phrase meaning first fruits, 它的名字源于一个斯瓦希里语短语，意为“初熟的果实”，

and it draws on traditional African harvest festivals. 它借鉴了传统的非洲丰收节。

It is cultural, not religious, and belongs to the whole family. 它是文化性的，而非宗教性的，属于整个家庭。
