She was a woman of easy virtue, 她是个风尘女子，

well known in Rouen, and famous for her plumpness, 在鲁昂很有名，而且是出了名的身材丰满，

which had earned her the nickname "Boule de Suif," 这也让她落了个“羊脂球”的外号，
