Lesson 70 Red for Danger During a bullfight, 第70课 红色警报

a drunk suddenly wandered into the middle of the ring. 斗牛的时候，一个醉汉突然晃进了斗牛场中央。

The crowd began to shout, 观众开始大喊大叫，

but the drunk was unaware of the danger. 可那醉汉压根没意识到危险。

The bull was busy with the matador at the time, 当时公牛正忙着对付斗牛士，

but it suddenly caught sight of the drunk, 但它突然瞄见了那个醉汉，

who was shouting rude remarks and waving a red cap. 那家伙正骂骂咧咧，还挥舞着一顶红帽子。

Apparently sensitive to criticism, 看来公牛对批评特别敏感，

the bull forgot all about the matador and charged at the drunk. 它把斗牛士抛到脑后，直接朝醉汉冲了过去。

The crowd suddenly grew quiet. 观众一下子安静了。

The drunk, however, 可那醉汉呢，

seemed quite sure of himself. 看起来还挺自信的。

When the bull got close to him, 等公牛冲到他跟前，

he clumsily stepped aside to let it pass. 他笨手笨脚地往旁边一闪，让牛扑了个空。

The crowd broke into cheers and the drunk bowed. 观众爆发出欢呼声，醉汉还鞠了个躬。

By this time, however, 不过这时候，

three men had come into the ring and they quickly dragged the drunk to safety. 三个人已经跑进场里，飞快地把醉汉拖到了安全地带。

Even the bull seemed to feel sorry for him, 连公牛都好像有点同情他，

for it looked on sympathetically until the drunk was out of the way 它一直同情地看着，直到醉汉被弄走，

before once more turning its attention to the matador. 这才重新把注意力转回到斗牛士身上。
